After many plugs & carb cleaning & adjustments i got tire of this bike....sorry to say that now is on ebay.
It burns a brand new plug in a matter of like 5 minutes running idle, sooner if you rev motor.

it dont burn oil,the plug is black, dry black like charcoal,i have try all kind of settings with the carb....still same
Mine did that because it had too big of a main jet, and now enough airflow. how big is your main jet?
Caution
Do not "POP WHEELIES" and run for any distance with the ATC. The oil capacity is relatively small and the oil will drain out of the oil pump area thus causing loss of oil pressure, resulting in costly engine damage -CLYMER
i have not idea how big its how can i find out that info?
Take out the jet that the yellow arrow is pointing too, there will be either a two-or-three digits number on there, that's what size your main jet is.

Can the valves cause this ?, imean if they need adjustment can they make the bike do this?
Yes. My Big Red did the same thing. The ex. valve was way out and the intake was pretty far off too. My Clymer calls for 0.002 in. (or 0.05mm) for both valves with the motor cold. If you try to adjust them make sure the motor is at TDC.Originally Posted by junjun01
