ok, lets put it this way, the world is FULL of A-holes. I think I have a good example.
In my current profession, I come in contact with a lot of construction company personell, from many different companies. Every one of them is super nice, blue collar type of people, except for ONE. For 11 months, this guy has been rude, combative, and refused to do his job, when I (or someone from my company) asked him for assistance. While I was talking to his home office one day, I mentioned that I (we) do not like to conduct business with people like this guy, and I (we) would not provide our services or products EVER to this person (he bought from our competitor anyway). Five minutes later, I get a call from the "guys" boss, and the "guy". To make a long story short, I told them there was no reason to break balls like he did, and I, or anyone else, does NOT need or deserve to be treated that way by anyone, in the course of performing their job. This is what the "boss" said....."I dont know how many construction workers you deal with on a daily basis, but thats the way we are" or something to that effect. Now give me a break. I laughed right at the guy, and told him "That is rediculous, and a pretty lame excuse" So, you see, some people, cops and apparently construction workers, feel they have the right to be an A HOLE because of their occupation. Now I could say now that " I hate construction workers" but I wont say that, I will say I certainly dislike that person, and the moral of the story is that there are jerks everywhere, this construction guy caused me more trouble than any cop ever did, and yes, when I was younger, I had a cop after me, too. He had a personal thing for me, and thats another story,(about 10 years ago) but I just kept my nose clean, and stayed out of his way, just like I will avoid this construction dick head.
