I think I got ripped off.....please help

I´m waiting for a 1200$ package (with quad parts, god forgive me) from the USA for nearly 3 month now.
Usually it takes only 6-8 weeks and the seller doesn´t reply
to my mails anymore.
He doesn´t send me a package number or anything........
I dealt with this guy a few times before and always got my stuff.
It´s a company in AZ and I don´t know what to do now.

3 things that might have happened :

- the seller thinks that he already sent all packages but forgot one.
Now that I mailed him a few times he sent the forgotten package.
(but why is he not honest and tells me this ???)
I would be a little pissed, but still happy that I got parts.

- the German customs office hates me and my package got confiscated
(but why didn´t I get a notice ???)

- it was his plan from the beginning on to rip me off,
if this is what happened I will pay 50$ reward for each of his incisors

Can anybody tell me if their is a bureau for fraud report or something similar
in Arizona.
I will mail the seller a last time with an ultimatum then, he should at least send the number on the postal invoice slip, so that I can find out what happened with my package.
The parts are already sold and the boys are waiting for their stuff,
to say nothing of that I need money for my TF trip

If you've got their business name, I can more then likely look it up and give them a life threatening phone call

Man that sux Hagen wish I could help you . I remember the days when a mans word was gold . But I guess with the internet people dont feel like thier ripping off a real person . I hate thieves .

I set the seller an ultimatum, now I have to make a 100% sure that
my parts are not laying around in customs warehouse.
It´s difficult without any USPS number.

Another package that I ordered with airmail and that I have the USPS # from is at Frankfurt/airport for the 5th day now..........
I hate the customs office and I think they hate me too.

If I´m 100% sure that the seller never sent any part, I will post his
contact information.BTW he is from AZ.

Im starting to feel the same way Hagen. 2 monthes ago I bought a Pro Circuit Works Pipe for my T3. He then said that he recieved payment and was shipping the pipe out the next day. I waited 2 weeks and still nothing. I replied and he said that he had been busy moving and hadnt shipped the pipe yet! He then told me that he would ship it out again the next day. Ive been waiting 2 weeks and still nothing again. Anyone know a Kevin Thompson from Davison, Michigan? Ive sent 3 more emails and have gotten no reply. What should I do?
