    85 T3 choke?

    I just finnished a 6 mounth resto on my 85 T3. Fired from Pratt and Whitney because of my episode july 4 1988 when thay put me in the psychiatric ward again. Wy wife Patt and her up to day but I have one problem. I know it must sound like a dumb question? I got laughed at when I pulled into Autozone. The choke lever on the carb pushing it down is engageing the choke right? Thanks.

    if it has the stock carb I think down. most 2 stroke carbs you pull the knob up, but the tecate had a mikuni and I think you push the arm down(like a 86 200x). I could be wrong as I've never seen a stock tecate carb, mine had a 36 pwk.
