    Yt175 CDI box question

    Ok i won this on ebay ... for anyone that has a yt125 or yt175 .... do you have this "cover" that holds the cdi box onto the frame? I have a problem .... where does it go?


    Now look at this frame ... that piece seems like it fits on the 2 front bars .. on the right side of this pic the two "main" bars that go to the headtube.



    Now the problem with that is that where the wiring harness connects to the CDI is in the back of the frame ... I am very confused.

    SOMEONE please tell me where this piece goes on the frame or is it something "Custom" that the person on ebay did ?

    Look in your manual at the wiring harness.
    83 YT 175
    85 ALT 125

    well i look and theres no pics of physically where that box goes on the frame... i know which wires go into it but I need to know physically where it goes.
