atc 90 fixxer upper

hey everyone i am a new user here. i am coming over here wanting your opionins and help and whatever. a guy from bluetraxx named atc crazy told me to come over here if i wanted help cuz u all r awesome.

i got an atc 90. i think it is a '74. not sure if thats a year they made them or not. well i need some help. i need to know what to do about fixing it up. its in pretty rough shape. i will have a picture of it below. its fenders are in rough shape. the seat is completely gone. i think i need a new airbos and stuff. there is no air filter and i need to know where i can get one of those too. and it wont start. im not sure what to check on any of these problems. if you would just give me all the feedback and tips you got and i hope i will have a nice atc you will like feasting your eyes on after fixing it up. ask me all the questions you can to get a better understanding of it and i will answer them as best i can.

hay make sure u are geting spark and u get gas look at the carb clean it out drain the oil put some new stuf inand try to start her up to get parts try ebay and bikebandit .com

yeah i am gettin gas. i put new lines on. i need to get the carb cleaned. and i am getting spark. i need to know where i cand get a new air filter for one and possibly a new air box. i also think i need a new OFF-RUN-OFF switch. i dont have an ebay account though. so that is out of the picture.

y is it out of the question. it is easy and free to sign up. and ebay is the best thing eer. i got a pair of 350x forks for 20 bucks shiped in GREAT condition. ebay is the best.

yeah i knwo you prolly think i am crazy for counting ebay out. but my mom has the credit card, and to register, you have to put your credit card number in, or the number on the bottom of a check. and my mom is paranoid and thnks someone will steal that number and rip her off.

NO u do not need a credit car or anything to buy stuuf. only if u want to sell stuff. so sign up man. it is free and no credit card number is needed. just your address and stuff.

You can always post a wanted ad in the classifides part of this site. Just tell everyone what you need. I have a air box with a pretty good aircleaner off of a 85' 110 I'm pretty sure it will work. PM me if interested.

fmf warrior, from the looks of the machine I would say the atc 90 is 75-78 model. The 74 models had ballloon tires and was orange. If you can get the VIN ( frame ) number, you can look it up in the spex pages on the main site and know for sure what year you have.

You can always post a wanted ad in the classifides part of this site. Just tell everyone what you need. I have a air box with a pretty good aircleaner off of a 85' 110 I'm pretty sure it will work. PM me if interested.

The 84 aircleaner is completely different.
As far as air cleaners go the 1970 thru 1974 US90's, 1975 thru 1978 atc90's and the 1979 thru 1981 atc110's will work. Air filters can be bought from Dennis Kirk or most other such places.
For a seat you will need to find one off of a atc90

hey i just went and got some info on it. it is a 1976 atc model 7/75. the vin or whatever is atc90 - 1503620

for the kill switch you can by pass it and run a toggle switch, not original but hey it works

for good help you have come to the right place. most of these guys know there trikes and then we get the occasional trailprotrailprotrailprotrailprotrailprotrailprotrailpro. i have alot of parts for that time period. send me a list of what you need. i am a nonprofit guy when it comes to trikes. you get them for the same price i paid or sometimes less. the trike is not in that bad of shape. it is definbatly a keeper
