    sleeving

I cannot find a sleeve for a '85 200x. Could I use trx 200 or a certain year or the sleeves off 200e,s,es,m? I called my honda dealer and they told me they had no clue like idiots. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Why not find a good used Cylinder? It would be cheaper then sleeving your old one.

I really wanted the cylinder to be new so I wouldn't have to worry about it for a while

You could find a good used cylinder on a standard bore then have it bored and honed to the next available size, then you'll be ready to go for a long time.

I don't know, but I wouldn't think you could use a sleeve off any other machine because of the different port patterns but like I said, I'm not sure.
