    how to tune a carb

    hey im have probles with a carb its poping snaping reving really hi fauling plugs and the throttle adjustment ant working please help.

    try adjusting the idle pin and check the piolet if it is backwards

    if its a two stroke it sounds like the cyl base gasget is leaking and sucking air..Did you pull the carb and check for plugged jets?

    all 3. poping --you cant figure out what its sayin
    popping--obvious
    ing--fouls plugs and well, s

    Does it also go 'crackle' aside from the snapping and the popping?

    its a 4 stroke 84 atc200s. billy said i need to tune the carb to post on how to do it.

    Spray something around the seals near the carb, and the head. If you use either (Sp??) you know, starting fluid, hehe, it will rev up for a bit. Also, check to see if your carb slide is going down the tube all the way.
