"It wont move without a tow strap on the trail, but by golly itll do 60 on a steep paved downhill". Id be impressed.

Interesting info from the Trikefest Drags. TriZ Jim found the strip was beyond regulation length. He can tell the the particulars. Somebody had a GPS. I cant remember, but I think it was BillXR. Top speed reached during the drags by any machine, I believe was 62? Someone can correct me if Im worng. It wanst very high, though. I know I was running my Z geared 11/44, and never topped out. My ALT125 never topped out either, because it didnt have the power to wind all the way out in high gear with my weight on flat ground. I would have needed another 200 yards!
top speed was 62 on drags last year? This year i'll have my 89 zilla out there and we will see what the fastest run is, im sure it'll be above 62!!!

From the way you have previously talked about your trike it sounds like a bucket of crap so any wonder its dangerous at high speeds.

I have a 61.5mm piston in my 90/110 motor (just) and with the standard stroke you will have 147cc. Get a performance cam and a XL175 Carb and the fattest exhaust header you can fit on it. Increase the size of the ports with the dremel and get your gearing right you could get close to your desired speed.

Why? Just use the search thing up the top to find it, it isnt all that hard and it saves writing the same thing again.

Search the archives, there are some dudes in Austrailia that put some big bux into their 110's using stroker cranks ($$$$) cb200 pistons, sl90 cam, etc. I love my 110, after riding the X it feels so light, like you can do anything. P.S. my Mom loves her 110 and she's 62!!!

you guys act like its impossible for a 110 to go 60. its not that big of a deal - i like the NOS idea - but im not stupid enough to try to rack that much speed out of a hardtail

im guessing that out of all the 110's out there the max speed is very different (stock ones) because of minor differences that add up.. the average max is about 35 - 45 probably. does this sound right?

yea i got a Traxxis truck that out runs my 110, but the 110 is a blast from the past to ride! I will get a friend to "radar" my top end when i get a chance and post it.
