Bore the 110 to a 125 for more power then go up in front sprocket size or down in the rear sprocket. Putting on larger tires will also help.
Anyone know of a new project machine for me around Wisconsin?

I'm sorry but I still don't think with any of the above mentioned mods that it will go 60.

to make it go "fast" you are better off getting a bigger bike.

get the jug off a early model 125m and put that on it, get a aftermarket exhaust if ya can find one, get a bigger carb, mix the gas 50/50 with alcahole(your seals will go fater than the trike though) sprocket and tire changes, have the 125m jug bored to the max, get everything you can hi performance and than if you hook a chain up to a car you will do 60mph. Seriously though if you want to go 60mph get a bigger trike.

I am not sure what parts are available to you anymore for these (110 and 125) but you can call powroll, I am sure they may know or lead you in the right direction. Here is their websight. www.powroll.com Now that I have given you their websight take a close look at their prices, to do these types off work. They may be higher end, but to do type of things you want your looking at a lot of money. Are you doing the work yourself? Why do you wanna go so fast? and going so fast, on a nonsuspended trike? Pipe selection is minumal, on these older trikes the pickings are getting slim for hoping them up. Good luck!!

Why re invent the wheel? If you want to go fast get one of the new fast/racing type atv thats already setup for this. It will probably cost as much if it even possible to find the parts to do that. The 110 was meant more for 'safe' slower fun not to outrun superman or use as a getaway car for bank heists.

This is like the 3 to 4 wheeled conversion question. Its a lot cheaper to sell your 110, and buy a 200X than to try and convert it into one. And what is the point of hitting 60? You can gear it as tall as you want, but youll have to be going down a long steep downhill incline to ever reach it. I cant understand the obsession with top speed other than for armchair racing. "It wont move without a tow strap on the trail, but by golly itll do 60 on a steep paved downhill". Id be impressed.

Interesting info from the Trikefest Drags. TriZ Jim found the strip was beyond regulation length. He can tell the the particulars. Somebody had a GPS. I cant remember, but I think it was BillXR. Top speed reached during the drags by any machine, I believe was 62? Someone can correct me if Im worng. It wanst very high, though. I know I was running my Z geared 11/44, and never topped out. My ALT125 never topped out either, because it didnt have the power to wind all the way out in high gear with my weight on flat ground. I would have needed another 200 yards!

    110 hauling ass

I beleive that the best way to hit 60 in on a 110 is to load into the back of a pickup and hit the gas. Its surely the most pratical way
