    honda 200 stuff

    hi i have a honda 200 and i wana know a couple of things

    1.my rear axle is a little wobble i heard thati need to replace my barings is this true.

    2. my rear drum wont come offi have tryed every thing is thear a trick or do i have to take the axle off.

    3. help

    did you take off those 2 nuts (main nut and lock nut) that are next to the drum

    It should come right off then.....im guessing that you already took off the 6 screws around the outside. on my '84 M you take the 6 little bolts off the 2 large ones and it comes right off. mabie there is still an old gasket around the inside stuck on it or mabie there is silicone or mabie someone even welded it on

    on and on the bearings if your adjustment bolts are tight then its probaly your bearings

    i gotta ? for my 185s....the back wheels are wobbly...and when i tighten the bolts up it still does it...its only 1 wheel tho..could it be the bearings as well?

    do your wheels wobble or rattle around. if its sitting still and you grab the tire and try to shake it does it move. if not your wheels could be bent

    My cousin has the same problem with is 200s. If you grab the back of the trike by the grab bar, you can wiggle it back and forth, while keeping the wheels still. There is a ton of play. My guess is that it is the bearings which we just bought and will be changing shortly.

    mine did the same thing. i replaced the bearings but it still does it.
