Is it worth it for this warrior?

My buddy has a 2000 Yamaha Warrior that is in good shape for the age. Its not perfect, but very nice. He is willing to let me have it for $2200.00 which is what KBB list it at for trade-in value. I can either give him cash or I can trade him a 2001 Polaris Scrambler 90 and $1K cash. I am not sure if I want to give up the 90 as its a nice little toy for when you have quests with kids and so forth. This is another machine that will be just for the wife by the way. Smooth 4 stroke, electric start, and reverse.

    So what do you think?

2200 is'nt bad at all for a good running warrior, especially for a 2000, i say spend the 2200 for it, if anything you can sell it for more than that if you get the right person, maybe even trade it for something else if you dont like it,

About a year and a half ago I sold a 94 for 2 grand.I would have to say that the 2000 has to be well worth the 2,200.

Ive got a real nice 98 Im trying to sell now for $2200, so thats a really decent price for a 2000 if its in nice shape.

The quad is now my wifes. Overal shape is around an 8.3 out of 10. Plastics are stock with typical riding scratches. Some of the decals are partially missing. The mashine will need tires as they are the stockers with a lot of plugs in them. Their is a Durablue axle on the rear as another quad ran in to him, hit the tire and the stock axle bent. Besides that all is good and I feel I did OK with the transaction. BTY I kept the little scrambler.
