The axle carrier won't turn in the swingarm? Have to ask, you loosened the the hex head bolts that clamp the carrier right? You can try taking the bolts all the way out and pry the clamps apart a little with a big screwdriver. Best way to do it is pull the axle out and then beat the carrier out with a block of wood and a big, then grease it up good and put it back in. Course if your chain is too short none of this will matter...

I can only get a 14 tooth to fit when the chain is worn out(stretched). There's just not enough adjustment.

ya the carrier is stuck in the swingarm.the bolts are loose and all that stuff. looks like i either pull the axle or stay with what i have until the sprokets are completely shot.
