Checked my oil today in the Tri-Z and there's water in it. Actually the oil looked like grey milk. I'm guessing this is a seal behind the water pump. Any suggestions or is it common? Hard or Easy fix?

mine did that two,its the water pump seal, any year banshee one will work ,but they cost $20 same as a z
