350x PRM Baja Grab Bar

Is anyone running a PRM Baja Grab Bar with stock plastic (and rear mud flap -- black)???? My concern is that the Baja Grabber will hit the rear OEM mud flap. Anyone know if it will???

It fits fine and makes it a lot easier to move the bike around.

I had one on my old x, but I was using Maier plastic...just making sure it fit with OEM. I loved it. Thanks!
