    82 R wont start?

finally got my flywheel in, gased it up and it still wont start. I dont think its getting fire. We pulled it behind another 4 wheeler and it started when i popped it into gear, but had very little throttle response and sounded like it was bogging out like it was flooded. It would run as long as he was pulling me but when we stopped it would die. I think i need a new plug for one and plug wire for 2. It has a BR7ES in it and i belive its supposed to be a BR8ES. Can someone help me out and tell me what i need to look for and do.

    Thanks Cody

I had an old 125 yamaha, had that problem a few times. Here is a list of possible problems:
-Are you running a colder plug than your suposed to? Hotter plugs run alot better, and add's more response/power(well for me it did)
-Airbox? Is the filter clean? Does the valve thing open and close(like is it sealed shut?because it shouldn't be)
-Carb settings, fiddle around with the air/fuel mixture a little(do you have a manual? If you don't, go and buy one)

Put a clean plug in before you do anything. The 7 is one step hotter than the 8, and will not cause a problem.
