how the heck do you get the 85 200x fork seals out!!

If a 200x is the same as a 350x do this:

Remove the forks, let the air out of them with the air valve on the top of the fork, remove the fork cap (thing with the air valve in it, it will be spring loaded), take out the springs, remove the bolt (probalby allen bolt) on the bottom of the forks, if it doesn't come out install the springs and fork cap, remove the dust seal, remove snap ring under dust seal, compress the fork a little ways, then uncompress it fast with your hands, doing this several times should pull the oil seal, silder bushing and fork bushing out, all those parts should be on the upper part of the fork.
