I have a whole picture schematic of changing fork seals I took about this time last year when MR ATC changed mine on my "Showgirl" 350X and also put in Progressive Springs. Ironically, I'm heading to his place Saturday to do the same exact thing on my 82 250R and my "Go-Go" 350X. (www.BikeBandit.com had a sale on Progressive Springs)
I think Bill posted or will be posting those pics with descriptions over to www.3wheeler.org. However, if you have a Honda Repair Manual, we followed that pretty close, other than a couple lil 'secrets'.
