is the piston in the motor the exact same through all of the years? will a piston from a 86-87 t-3 fit a 85 t-3?

I went to www.buykawasaki.com and checked out the parts diagrams for the 85 and 86. It didnt say, but I found this site to be very helpfull when needing parts or workin on the trike. Check it out if you never have been there. Sorry about your question.

well ive found a piston for a 86-87 pretty cheap and was just wandering if it would fit the 84-85, i belive they are the same but not shure.
