Full Oil Flow System & Manual Clutch

I know these were popular mods back in the day for 110s. I have seen pics of the oil flow systems, but how do they work? And how hard is it to intall one? What do I need? And the manual clutch, does anybody have an old magazine article they can scan? Or a website that can show me how to do it? PlKmonster2? Thanx
