Plz Help My 185!!!

ok today i put my old pos air box (non sealed) back on the 185...well now for some reason it will only run on full choke and it dies in about 5 minutes of riding and not riding hard...should i just take it off or can i make a carb adjustment to fix it?..i took out the plug and it was wet and black..which i know means to much gas...but it ran perfectly fine before i put the air box on...someone help me plz!

Yep, it was running fine before because it was getting all the air it needed. Now, the airbox restricts airflow, causing it to get more fuel than air(rich). So, take the airbox off, or re-jet it to run with the airbox.

ight guys thanks..i was wondering y it was almost dieing when i hit the gas hard...i keep adjusting it and it seems to get better each time but i havnt got it all worked out..still some kinks in it but its goin!...i cant take the airbox off because the breather tube on the bottom for some reason shoots oil out sometimes...not sure y but it does and it was gettin on the filter and in the carb so i put the box on..o yea today i put a trx125 muffler on it..lol..its silent now...it was really loud cause i had a 2 foot straight pipe from the header on it..lol
