    Question atc110 motor identity?

    Hello,

I wouldn't bother anyone with this, but after searching for the answer 1st with no luck I decided to ask.

I have a few different ATC110 every single one is probably a different year. I have 1 with a Johnson's Bandito frame, the motor on it has broken the HI/LO side of the tranny. I torn 2 different cases down with no luck finding the same part. I have a '80 model, it's in descent shape needs motor work. I dont want to bust this open unless I know the '80 would work.

Now for the question I have the numbers off the motors how or where can I despher this number? I need to know before I go ordering any parts.

here's the 2 numbers I got so far:

Bandito Frame......TB02E 2320341 ( this is the one I want tranny parts for)
    '80 ATC110 .........TB02E 2071981

    Thanks

I agree with you on the Bandito..

But the '80 model really isn't fiting in any category, or is it???

    '80 ATC110 .........TB02E 2071981

I think the sticker on the frame has 03/80, but the engine number isn't matching up to any year.

The frame and motor numbers on the spex pages are the starting numbers. I went to double check the numbers ( 1980 ) and did find I had the serial numbers wrong. I had my Honda book right here beside me, so I corrected them. That is a 1980 motor.

    aah!

That explains alot. I was thinking I had some type of "gold" here.. LOL!

Do you you by any chance what year models of the HI/LO sub trannies that are swappable?

    I got a few more 110 motors (prob. 1 of each from '80 - '85)..
