Need to find Tecate tank cover.

Sorry, I know this subject has come up before. Does anybody have green tank bags for Tecate that they would like to part with? I know that at one time CEET made them. However, the phone line has been disconnected and the web site has been under construction all year. I think they might of went under. I wish I could make them myself, but I think this exceeds my abilities. One could make a killing selling these, as verry few green tanks did not fade. I would like one for tecate a1 84-85 and/or b1 86-87. I know that I am asking alot. But if you don't try, guess which hand is going to fill up faster. If anyone knows where I might find one, Please let me know. If anyone is thinking of making them I encourage you to try.

I am not certain, but I think some flattrackers used kx250 gas tanks on there 84-85's, but that could have been a kx250 converted to a trike. I'll try and find out.

I tried Dave over the summer, he said he bought 30 but they are all sold, even checked his house for one but he had none left over.

why don't you call ceet, they still make them. i got one for 39.95 like 5 months ago.

you would be suprised if you called the people who made these. they are just patterns, they are not hard to make. most old schoold stuff like that is readily available from ceet or hi flite

Try to get a hold of GreenLightening I know he painted his own tank and it matched the rest of the plastic perfect. I think he may have also done one for another guy. So see if you can't find him.
