    Rare Find!! dry stored 86 200x mint

    hi
    check out my new ride....the guy i got this from had it for 2years and only used twice...he got from a farmer who bought it back in 86 and never used it and it's been sitting in a barn for 15 years!!!! i best bit is i'm pretty sure it's the only one in the UK!!!!!! as honda never imported 86-87 200x to the UK
    i can even take it on the road! it's got plates
    what do think guys?????

    Nice find. The thing looks so cherry. The other 200X next to it looks really nice too. What year is that one and is that one all original too.
    What performance difference do you notice between the two 200X's?
    1986 Honda 350X - stock w/ supertrapp, K&N, DG wheels
    1985 Honda 250R - OEM fresh trailer queen, but I'll ride it
    1985 Honda 250R - "rider" but still pretty original

    2005 Yamaha YZ250 - stock
    2007 PW50 - stock

    2005 Chevy Silverado crew cab - red, 5.3L

    the other one is a stock 83x not quite mint but close....
    the 86 is plush...it's faster and it handles and jumps alot better and i've only had it a day! i will post some action photo's in the next week

    eBay bidding war and a half!!! You can peak too soon son! When you start exchanging bids days before the end of auction it gives people a chance to see how far you will go, arrange more cash etc and basically bumps up the price. Now this bike is rarer than a unicorns bollock and in my outlandishly over indulgent mind I would have brought it for that price (my wife would have left me, mind), So I think well done you brought a beut, but I hate to see it when people ( Like the seller in this case), have a bike like this and don't realise the true value of it, and then make a mint on it, purly on the neiveity of some ebay bidders inexperience. If the seller did realise the true value of the bike, he would never ever, in a gazzillion months of wednesdays, sell the begger! Just like you won't now, Peteatc.
    The price was high but so are you now! Enjoy amigo you brought an absolute stunner!!

    dude someone told him that it was the only one and if the bidding was'nt strong he would take it off!!!!! so i had to go in with both feet to get it....and anyway i was still happy with the price for such a rare bike! i see you have a 350x did you import it yourself????
