    Exclamation need a carb rebuild kit for my 82' atc 200...

    well i finelly figurd i need a few seals and what not for my carb on the 200 i just got..and the jets and stuff are a little old and stuff so i figured ill get a whole kit and fix it all up...i just need to know where to get one of the net erm anyware lil help plese? i really wana ride this thing

    yea thanks guys..its just every kit i see..the theres a big ass O-ring in it and i assume its for the bowl and the carb but mine was like a molded o-ring type a seal..and its wrecked and what not..it just donstl look to me like the big oring would fit in there with out bein a trailprotrailprotrailprotrailprotrailpro lol

    Well, yes that big o-ring is a pain to get in the grove for the bowl but that is what it is there for. If that gasket doesn't leak the don't try to replace it.

    ahh but it dose leak unfounatly its all cracked i had to take it out to clean the carb cuze the bike sat for prolly 10+ years with gas in the tank and carb..like the gas was freakin yellow when i dumped it out lol

    Use a small dab of super glue around the grove, and work the new o-ring in slowly. As far a gasket kit vesrah works fine.

    I have used the super glue trick too which is the only way I have been able to keep that darn o-ring in there. Only use a very little bit, if too much glue gets on the o-ring it makes it harden and i wouldn't imagine super glue in the fuel system to be very good either.
