    puller

You can use a 200x front axle as a puller. I have done it and it works well.

    well

just thread it in the middle of the flywheel until it bottoms out against the crank and pops the flywheel off

    Never knew that....good idea

I had to go to an industrial shop and get a bolt, I forget the size but it was metric. It only cost a buck or 2.. Honda charges prob some good $$$ for their "special puler"

    flywheel

the bolt you remove with the washer on it will press it back into place.

    info

you will do that with a bolt the size of your front axle ( or go buy that size from the hardware )
the bolt you remove to start with ,,, threads into the end of the crank.
that's the one that holds the rotor in place and also will push it back into place when you are ready.
the bigger bolt we are talking about threads into the rotor itself and pushs against the crank to force it off.

in other post about this howdy made a excellent point. it's best to use the correct bolt for this cuz if you use something to thread into the rotor that ain't quite right ,,, you very well might screw up the end of the crank.

you will be needing a few other special tools for the oil rotor nut + clutch.

Got that from my Honda dealer but I don`t think it is a Honda make.
When I went in to buy one he just reached under the counter and pulled it out like somebody had ordered it and never returned to pick it up.

It is realy handy for me as I do work on trikes and m/cycles for a hobby.

I put the duct tape on to protect the threads and useing a piece of wood on it , hit it with the and it pops right off.
