My 350X has a cobra exhaust (head pipe, pipe, and muffler.) It back fires really bad when slowing down using compression or just letting off the gas anytime. Last night I could actually see blue flames shooting out of the muffler about 12 inches. I don't like this. Could it be that the owner before me put the new exhaust on and didn't re-jet??? What jet should I use?? What jet comes stock??? Any help would be great.

I dunno the jet sizes for your trike but i do know i installed a cobra pipe on my atc 70 and it was jetted rich and i blew blue flames out the pipe the same way.

you need to check the jetting ASAP,, But you probably just need to repack the pipe it sounds like you have to little back pressure. 350X's all need a little back pressure to run good. Stock jetting is 135, I think and you will probably want to try a 142. I run that on my go girl, and I run a 152 on the highly modded show girl.
