Ok here is the the problem. I finally got around to starting work on my and discovered that i have about a 1 inch crack on the aluminum portion of the lower fork. How can this be repaired ? Jbweld ? structurally it is sound. Looks like a rock or something must have hit it. Tube is straight just small crack. I want to be able to put shock oil in the tubes as i discovered it had none.
