yes,I hooked John up with a gas tank....

Anything is possible with a grinder and welder Although I'd advise you to be very cautious with either one around the gas tank.

I've heard of a guy basically blowing up his whole basement when redoing a motorbike tank. I wouldn't want to risk it unless I was 100% sure that the fumes were done.
