A ebayer that goes by the name "case718" with a negative feedback score likes to buy ATC and ATV parts and is going around bidding high on parts and then not paying for them. The worst part is after he wins he also leaves you negative feedback just to piss you off more. This is a malicious loser. He just did this yesterday to 13 people including myself. If you sell stuff and this guy bids, then cancel his bid immediatly. I contacted ebay and all they say is to pay $20 to dispute. I'm kind of dissappointed in ebay for not stepping up. They said they would check into it. Just wanted to let everyone know if you sell ATC/V stuff on ebay. Thx, Chris
