only bore as little as you can..i would suggest a wiseco high compression piston with a webcamshaft...links are http://www.wiseco.com/PDFcatalogs/ps04-honda.pdf page 10 for the piston and a cam at www.webcamshafts.com i think a 185s cam is the same as the 200s but you would have to check with them..hopes this helps

boring an engine does not help the performance enough the you will notice anything,I put a Wiseco 12:1 high compression piston kit in my 200S engine(bored .002 over) and it made a huge difference,a webcamshaft would make a difference and so would a free flow exhuast system ( www.dgperf.com ) a K&N air filter or UNI,20 inch tires would give you some more low end power and a 200x cylinder...

could be bad valves, for what it's worth being a 200s i'd rebuild it stock unless your riding on flat ground, power doesn't help with no suspension, unless you plan on swapping the engine into a 200X roller eventually..

if your just looking for the exrea boost just go with a nice wiseco 10.25.1 piston..you will be amazed of the diffrence and you dont have to go messing around with bigger carbs...you should more than easily be able to tune the old one up..as for your spark plug problem...search for spark plug readings on the serch button on this form..you will find lots of helpful tips to retune it, and what your spark plug should look like and how to tests it..hope this helps..
