I have a 25 x 12 x 9 from another bike and would sure like to put it on the front. My 81 200 has a 25 x 13 x 9, but it wont fit in between the forks.
I would hate to lose the shocks. Thanks.

I don't think it would. From what I remember there isn't enough room to move to a 12" wide tire but it could also depend on the tire. If you have an extra one I know one way you can find out, try it! Let us know if it can or can't be done.
