    Lt500r

    Need Your Help Peoples...

    I Took The Bike Apart To Paint And Rebuild The Engine... Now I Cannot Get The Swingarm And Frame To Mount Up? I Tried Everything And I Still Cant Get It?

    Any Help Would Be Appreciated..

    Not knowing for sure what your problem is I would suggest using a long skinny punch to help get it pryed into place before installing the swingarm bolt.
    I had the RIGHT to remain silent, I didn't have the ability!

    i jus cant get the swing arm bolt lined up with the swingarm itself and the frame... i tried removing the shock but no help?

    dont know if this makes a diffrence or not..tryed flipin the swinger around...also if you painted it maby theres too much paint in one spot and it wont clear it to line up???make sesns?

    Don't force it just get bigger pry bars and s. Seriously just use a center punch or something to get it all lined up.

    i dont know...i didnt paint that part of the frame... it seems as if theres something to tight... its to far forward... and its rea;;y no way to pull the swinger back ?

    cushion lever

    is the cushion lever which mnount the swinger to the frame is it adjustable?

    correct me...

    correct me if im wrong everything should line right up? it seems as if i tried everything.. i dont think there is nothing bent... only way i can get the swinger bolt in is if i remeve the bolt to the cushion lever and even when i do that i still cant get that bolt back in?

    anyone have the manual.. or outline the procedure you would use... i jus brought the bike to restore i got a ton of work done to the motor.. and i cant even get the bike back together.... PLEASE HELP..

    any other quads...

    anyone have the service manual for the lt500r or have anything close to it so i can kinda refer to.... i jus cant figure it out.. im almost certain im puttin it back together correctly... it jus seems like the swing is about 2or3 inchess to far forward from the frame hole were its suppose to mount up at...

    I ran into some problems lining the swinger back up on my LT 250r when I painted the frame, but I also had the rest of my race team help me out (4 guys) after I tried to get it by myslef for an hour or so. I put 2 on the swinger, 1 holding the frame up, and the other to line the motor up while I put the swingarm bolt through. It finally went in pretty easy. Is it possible for you to get any pics of it?

    Are U Guys Familiar With Cushoin Lever

    Are U Familiar With Cushoin Lever... I Know It Has The Bearing Were It Mounts To The Swinger... Is That Middle Part Suppose To Rotate?
