Yup....I finally got my pics developed and put on a CD after about 3 months. I thought you might like to see the stuff I got...so knock yourself out.

that is nice, now why doesn't it come on them stock? LOL. Do drum brake applications last longer when used in very muddy conditions? That is the only single reason I've been able to come up with why they still do it.

I still dont even know the answer to that 'Pumper. They actually plug up with water and mud when in deep mud/water. Once it gets in there...there is no way for it to get out (they may say the brakes are sealed....but mud and water WILL get in there within a short period of time)
The only way I can think of is that they might be cheaper to manufacturer or they are a simpler design...?
But I do know that this brake kit shaves off a good 10lbs. despite that large aluminum spacer. And once it gets warmed up, I can just about lock them up with the hand lever on hard-pack.

glad to see im not the only one who plays with legos. i have one of the little trikes all chopped apart turning it into a mini sand dragger so far i have the motor puttyed and ready for sanding to make it look like a water cooler, the frame cut in half ready for an extended swinger i need to make and some tubular forks ready for mounts and paint. i also need to make some shrouds for the tank and a more realisic head light.
