    Question 84 200E motor noise

I have a really sturdy 84 Honda 200E that I rebuilt from the ground up, except the engine and it is still stock. Lately I have started hearing what seems like knocks from the bottom of the engine. I adjusted the Cam Chain and it helped some but this seems to be from lower? What might this be? I have NOT noticed a decrease in power or anything like that. Crank shaft bearings? Connecting rod bushings?

    Any ideas will be appreciated/

Don't know exactly what your hearin but i had some backfire in my 200e. I stoped the noise by only running super gas in it.

No shifting problems that I can tell. If I really push it hard between 4th and 5th sometimes it feels like I little slippage before it grabs. But nothing extreme I always thought it was just because I was pushing it hard it

Thanks for the interest, let's see if we can get this "figgered" out.
