Ok I cant see why I couldnt just get a bearing that fits in the 200x carrier and is the right size for the 350x axle .. with that said if I could get the bearing wouldnt the 350x axle work ?!

i maybe it would, provided the actual width of the carrier is the same width as the center of the axle, you know so the large nuts that hold it on are in the right place, and the sprocket will sit in the same spot on the other side.
