Hi I just registered on the site. First of all this site is great, it's good to know that people still love 3-wheelers. Here's a little about me and my dad's collection of trikes:
82 200e: this was the first 3-wheeler my dad got and it was a good first one to get. We are starting to have some trouble with it (it's burning oil). Other then that it's in pretty good shape, the decals could use replacing however. Dad uses it for hunting and rides with it to. It goes good in deep snow!!
85 250es: My dad got a very good deal on this one! only paid 600 and bought it from a guy down the road. It is in pretty good condition, but it starts hard and the previous owner put crash bars on it which bent the rear fenders. I quess this one is "road legal". My dad bought it and put on some trailer tires and rode it on the roads, the cops stopped him but he proved to them that it was legal! This year though we got some new tires and were riding it on the trails.
85 350x: Just got it off ebay dad payed 1/3 I payed the rest. Don't have it yet but should be here soon? We employed a trucking co. to pick it up cause it only cost 300. Trike cost 1500. It's going to need some stuff: shrouds, tank has big dent. Good thing we have all winter to work on it. Once it's all fixed up it'll be the nicest trike in town (that I know of).
