    T3's didn't, and i'd bet my bi-weekly paycheck that T4's didn't either.

Tecate4's have a removable subframe. I can't remember if the stock sub-frame was aluminum or steel. I know there were aftermarket aluminum sub-frames. Their OEM swingarms are aluminum.

86/87 Tecate 3-Wheelers OEM swingarms are aluminum. 84/85 Tecates OEM swingarms are steel.

Like Cliff said, the main frames of all Tecates are all steel.

there was an aftermarket aluminum frame made for all tecates. the 84/85 was extremely rare it was remarkably similar to a franks or champion . the 86/87 was very rare, and was available for offsetting the things like the engine or steering heads and angles(tt and flat track) i saw one years ago. the tecate 4 was made by either roll or laegers for a very short time, again for tt and flat trackers, it basically was a 250r copy in geometry and used a lot of kx parts(i wanna say that klemm research had something to do with it)
