I have the top of my motor apart,can i put it back together why i wait for my flywheel puller and keyway to come in,i don't need the top half of the motor apart to put the flywheel back on do i?

Yes, it can go back together just make sure that you loosen the valves and don't pull it over so that you don't bend a valve.
