    Question toyota hilux in the U.S

    hi i was just wondering if toyota makes a truck over there called a Hilux.

    i havent acctually seen a truck labeled a hilux but i've seen ones that look like the older ones.

    The only toyota truck we get are tacoma and tundra, and that concept truck with a hybrid V8. I never heard of a hilux.

    I think they renamed the American Hilux as the SR-5 in the mid 70's.

    Find and picture and post it. Most of the time they rebadge the same model when they sell it in 2 different markets.

    the hilux

    my grandad actually had a hilux when i was a kid i believe it was about a 76 or 77 so there was a hilux but they dont call them that no more i dont think but they did make a hilux
