Saw Trikes in an Old Music Video this past Weekend

The wife and I were watching the All Request Hour on VH1 Classics Channel this weekend.

Someone requested a video by a group named "5 Star". I believe the name of the song to be "Love Take Over". Anyway It was 3 women and two guys singing. Don't know anything about them it's not really my kind of music but it was from the early 80's and showed them briefly racing around on a Tri-Moto and some fat-tired ATC like a 185s or something. And they were riding double, with out helmets!

I'm sure that they didn't want to mess up their big hair. I don't know the video, but I can imaging the hair don'ts they had.

Hey Jeb, do you have any pics of you riding your flat track Z? It's that time of year that all I think about is racing.

ok... here is another video from back in the day .I do not know if anybody already said this before. The name of the band is Big Country and the song is " in a Big Country", in the video they all are riding Honda ATC'S in the country side .I have been watching "I love the 80's"on VH1, hoping they would show something about the ATC since it was big in the 80's and in the show ,they speak about the fad's back in the 80's . so far it a no go .unless I missed it ? anybody know ?

LOL! Yes Chris, no helmets to ruin that hair!

As for the pics, I'll try to get one. Hopefully I'll get to take it out over this holiday weekend. The Z is raised back up right now but I'll lower it. I wish I had a set of hoosiers, including the old Tri-Trac front. I think I've still got an old set of Tri-Trac rears but they are terribly weather cracked.

TECATECRAZY, I watched several of those I love the 80s shows. I saw one trike being ridden on a beach by one of the original MTV VJs. It was a typical Honda of some sort.

You're all familiar with the best ATC music video of all aren't you? That would be Tears For Fears, "Everybody Wants To Rule The World". It has '85 R's and maybe a 350X, in the dunes. I particularly remember the slow motion shot of a guy sidehillin' on a 250R. SWEEEET!
