    Does anyone know where i can get a shift pedal for my 85 tecate? mine is stripped.

    Dang man I wish I could help. You see I picked up a KX shifter at a bike store in Austin and it fit great with the exception of having to lengthen it. I no longer have the part number for it but it was a Mooseracing part. To buy them new from Kawasaki its over 100 dollars. If your shifter teeth are stripped then you may need to change your shifter shaft as well.

    actually if the shift shaft is stripped there is a way to get around it without getting a new shaft...you just have to grind a part of it flat and put the shifter on and put the bolt on so its on the flat spot, it will hold the shhitfer on
