I have Maier tank shrouds on my '86 250R and they're the same general design but they're rounded on the edges and nowhere near a perfect match for original Honda.
If a person is hell bent on the factory look, you're gonna pay.
Did you see the New in Package 350X red tank shrouds on ebay that closed today?
They sold for $145 for the pair!!!!!!

Could by about 3 sets from ServiceHonda for what this guy a few weeks ago and someone else a few hours ago paid. Acually, if you had the 2 auctions $$$ together, you could by 6 sets from HONDA! Guess there's still plenty of people that want to throw their $$$ away! Maybe I ought to order a bunch form HONDA so they are disc and then start selling them on ebay!

I do more for the entertainment than anything.
I bought my first item last night.....the first over 6 months: Decals for my 250R.
All other parts for my X or R have just been bid up to sheer stupidity.
If you're a seller, FANTASTIC.
Take all the idiot's money. That's capitalism.
I'll just keep waiting for what I want to be the price I want.
In the meantime, I'll watch the Ebay whacko's in action.
And get a good laugh.
