Pre-Made "Monster Trike" What was it???

So what was this thing originally? The tank plastic looks almost Tri-Z or Polaris Scramber... the rear pic looks like I can see a HONDA on a trunk plastic. Front forks??? Z or R??? It is late.... so my brain is a little non functioning.... chinese food is not settling so good.

Maybe that kid up in Canada ought to just buy this for his "Monster Trike" and save some time on the Kawi PWC motor ideal (sorry, couldn't remember your ID)

I'm leaning on Tri-Z because Of the shape of the gas tank area (faux on a Tri-Z) is. I dont know of any other bike that has that shape to it myself other than maybe another Yamaha.
