Varsol or Methyl Hydrate should do the job.

soft bristle brush, and lots of fresh air and no sparks !

Even a rag would do, should rub right off with solvent.

a shoe brush, or kitchen nylon bristle brush would also work.

you don't want to gouge your plastics.. just remove the paint.. i'd soak a rag with solvent, and let it sit on there for a minute or so.. with any luck badabing !

test a spot under the fender before you go do the whole thing at once just in case.

epoxy thinner also works wonders on paint, but be careful not to melt your plastics... strong stuff ! use sparingly !

Not to sound like Mr. Safety, but depending on what you use you stand a chance of burning your skin.

Try gettin Aircraft Remover on your exposed skin. You'll know exactly what I'm talking about.

If you are working with some sort of chemical remover with a high basicity, then certainly make sure you have on goggles and rubber chemical gloves.

I assumed that was obvious...... maybe i shoulda not assumed.

For god sakes, wear gloves at least.. surgical gloves will work for a short amount of time, but they disintegrate quickly.. thick rubber fisherman's gloves or like above chemical gloves should be worn for anything stronger than methyl hydrate !
