I just had my z ported & polished and had an extra boost port added will i have to change my jetting? I am now running sunoco 110 race gas too.

Yupp, porting increases airflow dramaticly so your engine needs more fuel to compensate.

when i had my ytz i had the same work done you did. i just changed the main jet to a 470. i had no problems...
