Hello i was looking for a 85 250r front master cylinder because the screan in mine broke can you fix just the screen or do you have to replace the whole thing. and are any other quad or trike master cylinders interchangeable with the 86 250r thanks

The further my pads wore down on my R, the lever would hit my knuckles as I pulled it in. As a result I could not break as hard since it was hitting my hand. Bleeding the system was not the answer. The 450R lever assembly has an adjuster bolt that pushes the lever out to comensate for pad wear. You can tailor when and where the lever contacts the piston in the master cylinder to your preference.
