any one know a trick to get the kick starter in a 250sx this one is bheing a trailprotrailprotrailprotrailprotrailpro.

What part the kicker its self? The shaft assembly? The springs?

Trust me. Let John send you the Clymer method for installing the assembly. I used it on my 350X. Its set up the same way. I tried for 2 days and a number of hours and tries but not luck. Oh yeah, and I was using the honda method. It sucks. I could tell you how, but the manual explains it better. Trust me, you will know when its in there right. You wont be able to hardly budge it when it gets in there right.
