    Cool

We on the east coast of Canada are about to whacked with a blizzard. It's snowing lightly now, but by this time tomorrow we will have endured 24 hours of blinding snow and bitter cold. Temperatures with the wind chill will feel like minus 40 and we're expecting more than two feet of snow. The high winds will whip it into enormous drifts and the cold temps will make it awful hard to go to work tomorrow. Winds will surpass 60 mph. Combined with a high tide, there is a risk of a tidal surge. That happens when a very high tide (full moon tonight) coincides with an extreme low pressure system which exerts pressure on the water and sends teh sea barrelling into our backyards. The best part is that the water then freezes.
    Some fun, huh Bambi?
