How do I remove the oil spots on my R. IDK if being 2 stroke oil as opposed to 4 stroke makes a difference. Have any suggestions on products that will do a good job?

Well, you could always get some more oil and wipe it everywhere so the spots don't show up. Then, wash the fenders with something like dishwashing soap.
Just a thought...
